Unclouded RIP takes your artwork, separates the colours, screens the halftones and drives the printer directly — producing exposure-ready film on Epson SureColor large-format machines. No Windows driver, no PostScript RIP, no guesswork.
General-purpose RIPs treat film as an afterthought. Unclouded is built around the thing that actually matters on a screen: a dense, sharp dot that exposes cleanly.
Spot-colour separation is built in — merge, trap and preview channels, then hand the plates straight to the RIP. No round-trip through other software.
Set LPI, screen angle and dot shape — round, euclidean, diamond, elliptical or line — per job. Render up to 2400 dpi.
Sends to the printer's network port directly, bypassing Windows entirely. Nothing in the driver stack can silently rescale or recolour your film.
PDF, Illustrator (.ai), CorelDRAW (.cdr), SVG, PNG, JPEG, TIFF and BMP — vector kept vector all the way to the film.
Fit multiple plates across the roll width you actually have. Change the width and the layout re-flows.
Trim ink up to 50% before screening, and tune density so the black is opaque without flooding the film.
ICC profile support with selectable rendering intent, for when the artwork has to match a reference.
Every job logged with file, mode, printer and outcome — so you can see what was sent and when.
Record customer, area, rate and total per job, with custom fields of your own. Export to CSV for Excel or Tally.
Every model below is recognised by name. "Ready" means it prints off a template proven on real hardware. "Test first" means the engine profile is derived and structurally sound, but unverified on a physical machine — print one test film before committing a job.
